Yuzu Kosho Green Chili Paste

We were recently gifted this Yuzu pepper paste and it is sooooo good. Spicy salty sweet umami citrus!

Good as a marinade or topping but I’ve been mixing with olive oil or sesame oil with rice vinegar for a salad dressing and it’s perfect with a crunchy cucumber situation.
