If you consider yourself a friend of Parmesan, this is for you. I grew up with one of these and of course never appreciated its genius until I left home.

Could I buy one for myself? Well, yes…But sadly I am banned from adding more gadgets to the kitchen atm. Luckily my friend Kelsey has one and I can revel in its glory when we have pasta at their house.
